Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains when refunds can be offered for hall bookings.

1. Cancellations by You

  • More than 28 days before the booking: Full refund of hire charges (deposit may be retained to cover admin costs).

  • Between 14–28 days before the booking: 50% refund of hire charges.

  • Less than 14 days before the booking: No refund will be issued.

  • In exceptional circumstances, the committee may use discretion to offer a full or partial refund.

2. Cancellations by Us

  • If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergency repairs, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

  • We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of cancellation.

3. Deposits

  • Deposits are normally non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by us.

  • Deposits may also be retained in full or part if the hall is not left clean and undamaged.

4. Refunds Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made via the same method you used for payment unless otherwise agreed.
