Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains when refunds can be offered for hall bookings.

1. Cancellations by You

More than 28 days before the booking: Full refund of hire charges (deposit may be retained to cover admin costs).

Between 14–28 days before the booking: 50% refund of hire charges.

Less than 14 days before the booking: No refund will be issued.

In exceptional circumstances, the committee may use discretion to offer a full or partial refund.

2. Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergency repairs, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of cancellation.

3. Deposits

Deposits are normally non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by us.

Deposits may also be retained in full or part if the hall is not left clean and undamaged.

4. Refunds Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.

Refunds will be made via the same method you used for payment unless otherwise agreed.
